Track My Order

  All tracking information is emailed to the customer, as soon as the shipping label is processed. Please check your spam filter for UPS or USPS notifications. If you need further help, please log-in and follow the link 'Track My Order' to contact us. All inquiries are answered within 24 hours.

Once your order has been picked up by the shipping company, it becomes their responsibility to see that the order is delivered to the address provided, undamaged and within the proper amount of time.

Most delays are due to incorrect and/or missing address information, which can incur a fee from the shipping company. This fee ($10.00) will be charged to the customer, if at fault.

15 Day Return/Exchange Policy

  Most orders will include a Return/Exchange form. Large quantity orders shipped from the manufacturer will not have this included, so the customer will need to contact us for return authorization.We are not responsible for items returned to the manufacturer without proper authorization and these items will not be credited.

  All items must be in original sale condition for credit of the purchase price. Any item returned to us Washed, Worn, Damaged, Soiled or Altered will be either discarded or returned to you at your expense.
Sale items are not returnable.

  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If you refuse delivery of package, additional charges will apply. Return items processed without an exchange will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. Returned orders that qualified for free shipping will have regular shipping charges deducted from credit. 

  When we have received your return and items have been inspected, a credit will be issued on the credit card used for purchase or applied to any exchange. We will only refund shipping charges if the return is a result of our error.

About Back Orders

  Sometimes items are in demand and we occasionally run out. You will be notified via email if there are any backorders. At that time we will let you know when the item will be available and of any suitable alternatives.  There is no additional charge for shipping backorder items separately if you choose to wait.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount and are valid for 1 year. The prefix Gift must be included.
